Welcome to our Nashville homes, designed specifically
for bachelorette and ladies’ groups. We are proud to be hosts in the vacation rental business since 2019. Carolyn, with her keen eye for design, ensures that our homes are beautifully furnished without being cluttered. She ensures that every necessary item is available to make your stay exceptional. Meanwhile, Surendra takes care of the day-to-day operations and communications to ensure that everything runs smoothly. When we are not traveling, we are hands-on, ensuring that our homes are in top condition for our guests.
Our philosophy is that every guest is a part of our “family” once they choose to stay in one of our short-term rental homes. We want you to feel right at home during your stay with us, and all of our amenities are yours to use freely. So, kick back, relax, and unwind. If you need anything, we are always just a phone call, text, or email away.

Can I host a bachelorette party at your house?
Our homes are furnished and decorated for bachelorette and ladies groups. Our House Rules and Terms and Conditions prevent anyone other than the registered number of guests to have access to the home. As long as the guest count does not exceed this number you are welcome to host a bachelorette party.
What other services do you provide?
We work with the best local partners for transportation, stocking refrigerators, decorating, and bachelor party planning. And we’ll hook you up!
After you book with us, let us know what you are looking for. We can get you in touch with the right people.
Do you have enough mirrors and blow dryers?
Each of our homes have 17 mirrors, multiple makeup bars and sufficient blow dryers.
Can I get an early check in/ Late check out?
For our guests that book direct we offer early check in at 3PM and a later check out at 11AM. We also offer an early morning check in or late afternoon check out for a fee. This fee is 50percent of the previous days or the next day’s rate.
What is the minimum age to book our homes?
We require the person booking to be at least 25 years old.
How many people can each home accommodate?
Each home can accommodate upto 12 people
What is your cancellation policy?
If you book directly on our website at rosalieandtiffani.com you will receive the lowest price possible, however bookings are non-refundable. But we do offer travel insurance which you can purchase during check out!
